Nice post... Looks like solid state memory is really beginning to become more popular. Hopefully we'll start seeing decreasing SSD prices in the near future. $5 32 gigabyte Micro SDs for your Nintendo DS flash card... sounds gooooood.

It's interesting to see just how pervasive virtual memory has become in our lives. It's like everywhere I turn, I see something with a card slot or USB jack, lol. I guess it makes sense though, considering how cheap memory has become as of late...

Ahhh, I shouldn't be complaining. I can't make it through a single day without using my R4 / R4i!
